Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical installations, coordinate foremen and crews, and ensure safe, on-time project completion across commercial and industrial sites.

With 10+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work and a track record supervising 4+ foremen, you will read blueprints, mentor teams, and report to project managers while maintaining QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and construction trade training.
• Ability to obtain and pass a drug screen and background check.
• Apprenticeship or trade/technical school training preferred.
• Relevant licenses and/or certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, lay out, and manage on-site electrical installations.
• Lead multiple foremen and crews on large or concurrent projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan work with project managers and engineers; ensure on-time completion.
• Interface with customers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Mentor foremen and junior leaders; enforce QA/QC standards.
• Maintain daily reporting and leadership-board requirements.
• Ensure project safety and compliance across sites.
