Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading EPC focused on solar, battery storage, and high-voltage infrastructure, is seeking a field-based Electrical Superintendent to support project management and ensure work aligns with owner contracts. This role centers on supervising electrical subcontractors and coordinating material delivery on site.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings for compliance, maintaining safety standards, tracking progress, and facilitating communication with the project team and owner.

Qualifications

• Electrical theory fundamentals and NEC standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and diagrams.
• Understanding of project scheduling and critical path in construction.
• Strong emphasis on electrical safety, arc flash, and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical superintendents and teams.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractor activities to align with project schedule.
• Produce daily progress reports and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Review engineering drawings to ensure compliance with design and contract.
• Coordinate material delivery, tracking, and potential delays with the project team.
• Promote safety culture and approve safety-related permits and JSA/JHA reviews.
• Oversee installation, testing, LOTO, and energization of electrical equipment.
