Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety culture efforts and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and overall job workflow to meet schedules.
• Develop work plans, manage project site logistics and document control.
• Lead progress meetings, manage project schedules and budgets, and report progress.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities; ensure QA/QC standards.
