Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical division in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing electrical construction projects while adapting to codes, safety requirements, and project changes.

You will troubleshoot, pull wire, bend pipe, mentor field crews, and supervise teams from 2 to 50 personnel, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. A Journeyman license and 5–7+ years experience are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required and relevant electrical install experience.
• 5–7+ years in installation with latest electrical code and methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for field leadership.
• Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews 2–50 personnel to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Plan and layout projects with material take-offs and tool needs.
• Develop site safety plans and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with PM and purchasing on changes and schedules.
• Mentor field crews and provide feedback.
