Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team.

With 5+ years of on-site project management experience for data center projects, you will lead electrical construction efforts, supervise crews, and coordinate with design-build teams to deliver critical facilities. You will manage schedules, safety programs, budgets, and QC processes while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of on-site electrical construction experience on mission-critical projects.
• Post-high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
