Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction for mission critical/data center projects. The role requires 5+ years of on-site project management experience and a strong background in electrical work within mission critical environments.

Applicants should have post-secondary construction education, a valid driver's license, and be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing. BIM/CAD knowledge and MS Project scheduling are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction field.
• Possess a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test plus random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Oversee general construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders.
• Travel for projects as needed.
