Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team in Milwaukee. The role focuses on on-site management of electrical work for data center projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality across subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of on-site electrical construction experience, strong BIM/CAD familiarity, and a collaborative approach to design-build delivery. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of on-site electrical construction experience for mission critical/data center projects.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Knowledge of BIM and CAD and building codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs.
• Develop and track CPM schedules and master project timeline.
• Review design documents and shop drawings; coordinate material procurement.
