Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team in the United States.

The role requires at least 5+ years of on-site project management experience overseeing electrical work for mission critical/data center projects, with a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, developing CPM schedules, reviewing design documents, coordinating procurement, and maintaining QC programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site project management experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Review design documents and shop drawings for electrical work.
• Support material procurement and integrate into the master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC and safety programs.
• Value-engineer throughout projects and coordinate with the team.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Travel for projects as needed.
