Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for our national Mission Critical team in the United States. You will manage on-site electrical construction for data center projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, knowledge of BIM/CAD, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of on-site project management experience in mission critical/electric construction.
• Knowledge of BIM/CAD tools and building codes.
• Experience creating and managing project schedules (MS Project preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance on site.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Oversee budgets and safety programs for projects.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist with material procurement and master scheduling.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Coordinate with project team and travel as needed.
