Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical activities across large-scale power projects. You will supervise crafts, manage safety, quality and production, and drive scheduling in dynamic site environments.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial electrical installations, travel to job sites, and a strong commitment to safety and performance excellence on complex EPC projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to safety.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines and manage details.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations in line with contract specs and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to support overall project timelines.
• Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with project and corporate management.
