Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical installations, including duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and terminations. You will supervise craft workers, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with other teams to keep the project on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial electrical work and a proven track record of results with integrity. Travel and relocation may be required for various project assignments across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Candidates for this role are not required to have Superintendent experience; foreman or general foreman experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations ensuring contract specs, electrical code requirements and quality procedures.
• Coordinate and interface with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to ensure timely completion to support the overall project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including safety, attendance, and workplace behavior policies.
