Qualifications

• 10+ years' construction experience with 5+ years in a Superintendent/Leadership capacity (preferably in the OGC industry).
• Self-starter with high motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve foremen, journeymen, and labor rates.
• Manage subcontractor and field management communications.
• Develop client relations programs on site.
• Lead problem-resolution meetings with clients.
