Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical, mechanical, and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Superintendent in Fort Worth, Texas.

Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits :

Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Fort Worth, TX is between $100,000 - $140,000.

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
• Oversee multiple jobs and manpower for each project.
• Develop and update the project schedule.
• Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Electrical Superintendent Qualifications :

• Strong employment stability
• An industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• At least 8 years of Healthcare / Medical Facilities / Hospital construction experience, including project management. Proven experience managing teams and projects up to $60M.
• Skills include business acumen, judgment, communication, leadership, client relations, negotiation, project management, construction knowledge, decision-making, conflict resolution, tact, adaptability, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Conest and Accubid Software.
• Ability to learn or experience with project management and scheduling software such as JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Training will be provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary :

• College Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
