Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager for electrical construction projects in Clearwater Beach, FL. You will oversee from inception to completion, develop plans with defined scope, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting client expectations.

The role requires 3+ years as PM, strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards, and experience with contracts, cost control, and MS Office. Competitive bonuses and 401K offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience leading HV Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects.
• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.
