Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in the United States to lead electrical construction projects from concept through completion. The role demands a mid-level professional with robust budgeting, scheduling, and contract-management capabilities.

You will oversee plans, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget while reporting progress to senior leadership. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timeline or budget.
