Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level T&D Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans while ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, strong budgeting/cost-tracking skills, and excellent communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, utilities, power delivery, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls.
• Conduct site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Provide regular updates on project performance, financials, and milestones to leadership.
