Job summary

LeoForce in Akron, OH seeks an Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion, develop scopes, schedules and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, conduct site inspections, and report progress to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management or related field and 3+ years PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or relevant experience in the electrical field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Resolve issues or delays that impact timeline or budget.
