Job summary

Selectek, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a remote, full-time position to support front-end sales and back-end project management for high voltage EPC substations.

The role emphasizes substation design, protection and controls, and testing support throughout project lifecycles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience with protection and control design for substations preferred.
• Proficiency with SKM Power Tools and ETAP or similar software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Write and review equipment specifications and data sheets for proposals and projects.
• Design protection and control schemes for substations based on customer needs.
• Provide engineering support to design teams and project management.
• Perform short-circuit studies and relay coordination analyses.
• Review and stamp electrical design prints; perform peer reviews as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes (NERC, NFPA).
