Job summary

Y-12 National Security Complex is seeking a Subcontract Technical Representative - Electrical to support subcontract formation and provide technical guidance on complex construction tasks at Oak Ridge. You will review drawings, ensure compliance, coordinate with Construction Managers and Project Managers, and prepare reports and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, and preferably DOE/DOD project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with construction management and subcontracting processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and subcontract terms.
• DOE/DOD project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports subcontract formation during bid process and with Subcontracts Administrator.
• Provides technical guidance for complex construction management tasks.
• Reviews drawings and specifications for adequacy and compliance.
• Maintains project records, reports progress, and coordinates with CM and PM.
