Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Alternate qualification: 8+ years of education and/or relevant construction experience (Field/Construction Engineer, Subcontract Technical Representative or Electrical Craft Professional).
• Strong oral/written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and interfaces in construction management.
• Knowledge of electrical discipline including conduit installation, terminations, testing and code compliance inspections.
• Knowledge of nuclear construction, ASME, NQA-1, electrical power distribution and ICC Electrical Inspector Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports subcontract formation process during bid phase and provides support to construction projects.
• Provides technical/programmatic guidance on complex construction management tasks.
• Reviews drawings, specifications and subcontract conditions for adequacy.
• Oversees construction work for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Performs constructability reviews and maintains relationships with Construction Managers and Project Managers.
• Prepares procedures, subcontract packages, statements of work and technical documents.
