Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineer II in Austin, TX to provide technical engineering support for state-of-the-art electrical projects.

You will guide junior engineers and coordinate with the design team to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements. Responsibilities include developing electrical designs, performing system studies, field surveys, and supporting commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years engineering experience; EIT encouraged to pursue PE.
• LEED AP is desired for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff; lead projects of limited scope.
• Review submittals with Engineer of Record and coordinate approvals.
• Develop and review electrical system designs and single-line diagrams.
• Prepare power system studies and perform coordination analyses.
• Visit jobsites for field surveys and data collection; ensure design intent.
