Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking an Electrical Solutions Field Service Supervisor to lead the Electrical Services Division’s field operations. The role oversees a team performing repairs and parts service on equipment, ensuring efficient and cost-effective support for customers.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, manage scheduling, and leverage technical literature and computer systems to deliver reliable service with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on supervisory experience in a field environment.
• Experience with Caterpillar product lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the personnel of the department.
• Receive and respond to customer requests or inquiries on equipment repairs.
• Assist in determination of needed repairs and the timing of repairs.
• Assign and schedule equipment and personnel to shop repairs.
• Research information from literature and computer-based sources.
• Discuss complex repair diagnoses with Technical Communicators or other personnel.
• Address equipment downtime concerns through scheduling repairs.
• Utilize mainframe, PCs and manuals to locate invoices, parts availability and repair history.
