Job summary

State Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Account Manager / Outside Sales Rep in Concord, NC to drive business growth by securing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The role involves in-person meetings, product education, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service. You will focus on Industrial, Commercial, and Residential product lines, travel within the territory, and attend trade shows to build the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships across a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and educate customers on products and solutions.
• Coordinate with inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand network and market presence.
