Job summary

Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of position related experience.

  • Good understanding of assembly and construction processes as they relate to time impacts on product and fabrication costs.
  • Good understanding of paint finishing related products and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and maintain project schedules.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with engineering and estimating departments, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to technically define problems and propose solutions.
  • Adaptable to change in a learning environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks:
  • The Electrical Shop Supervisor is responsible for the estimating, scheduling and overall build for electrical control panels and equipment wiring. This person is also responsible for scheduled and preventative maintenance procedures and work related to shop machinery and equipment.
