Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations/dispatch/project coordination or electrical industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating field technicians and using scheduling/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for emergency and scheduled service calls.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and response times.
• Monitor service requests and prioritize by urgency.
• Provide after-hours leadership during on-call weeks.
• Act as primary contact for technicians during on-call rotations.
• Maintain communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
