Job summary

The position includes an every-once-week 24/7 on-call rotation, mentoring field teams, and coordinating with customers and management to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, dispatch, or electrical industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating field technicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for emergency and planned service calls.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and response times.
• Source and coordinate electrical subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage equipment logistics including rental gear.
• Oversee warehouse inventory and material deliveries.
• Provide after-hours leadership during on-call weeks.
• Maintain records of dispatch activity and job progress.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
