Your Next Opportunity
The Electrical Services Manager 1 is responsible for providing overall administrative and service support for small recurring and non‑recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and project meeting minutes.
- Supervise and direct overall work activities as assigned by the Electrical Services Manager, including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained.
- Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
- Manage scopes of work within service contracts, including electrical and fire alarm services for preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontracts as required, and repair or renovation work as requested.
- Provide support for team projects based on the complexity of individual projects and additional support required.
- Understand terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company's interest while maintaining a good relationship with the client to ensure profitability.
- Schedule regular visits with Electrical Services Managers for sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
- Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the status of all projects, instill a win‑win attitude with service drivers, and coordinate efforts with the Business Development Group.
- Monitor the overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel, executing the organization's programs, policies, standards and procedures consistently with corporate guidelines.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division's operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.
- These duties and responsibilities provide a general description of the role and other duties may be assigned as needed.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Proficient technical and customer service skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Capable of applying innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Committed to working in a team atmosphere.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); advanced Excel skills; preference for Accubid, Oracle.
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, Maintenance Connection, ChekHub, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
- Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients.
What You Bring to Us
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling service contracts to meet client needs.
- Combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Working Conditions
- General environment: sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending; primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level typically low to medium; may be loud on the jobsite.
