Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 1 in Abilene, TX to oversee administrative and service support for small to moderate projects and service contracts. You will handle documentation, budgets, and coordination with clients to maintain profitability.

The role requires strong technical and customer service skills, advanced Excel, and experience with CMMS platforms. Travel up to 50% is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project/service management or facility management.
• Experience promoting and selling service contracts to meet client needs.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Supervise work activities and ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts and projects.
• Manage scopes of work within service contracts including electrical and fire alarm services.
• Coordinate with Business Development and ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
