Job summary

Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric, & Plumbing is seeking an Electrical Services Manager in Milwaukee. You will own and grow the electrical department, recruit and develop electricians, and oversee budgeting, quoting, and coordination with in-home sales teams to expand service offerings.

You will manage scheduling, parts, and materials, ensuring quality work and compliance while driving growth toward a multi-million dollar revenue pace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading service- industry field teams.
• Desire to build and grow a department, not just maintain it.
• Experience quoting or estimating technical work, especially electrical.
• Residential electrical knowledge for scope and upgrades; Master Electrician review knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop electricians and apprentices; grow headcount.
• Maintain training plans and mentorship through Master Electrician of Record.
• Oversee quotes, budget, and profitability; manage parts, materials, and orders.
• Track performance metrics: quote volume, close rate, margin; optimize quoting process.
• Ensure licensing, code compliance, and safety standards across the department.
• Collaborate with in-home sales to convert opportunities into responsibly priced projects.
