Job summary

OptimERA Holdings Inc. is seeking an Electrical Services Manager to lead our electrical and power services operations across multiple sites in Alaska.

The role blends management, technical leadership, and field engagement to coordinate personnel, logistics, and client relations. You will mentor field crews, promote safety, and drive high‑quality workmanship while aligning with OptimERA’s commitment to reliability and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with at least 3 years in a supervisory or PM role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, distribution and control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical services team, including scheduling, task assignment, performance oversight, and mentoring.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from design to closeout with other divisions.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and participate in field work to meet deadlines.
