Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical service operations and maintenance practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing service teams and field personnel.
• Experience managing P&L, pricing, labor efficiency, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily electrical service operations, including technicians, coordinators, and administrators.
• Develop and execute service division strategy focused on revenue growth and margin performance.
• Build strong client relationships, including service agreement customers.
