Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Service Manager to lead and manage electrical service operations for an assigned branch or region. This role oversees service technicians, service coordinators, administrative support, customer relationships, and overall service division performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong service operations leader with deep electrical industry knowledge, proven experience managing field teams, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build lasting customer

Extensive leadership experience in service operations and field teams.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and pricing.
Proven ability to grow service bookings and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily electrical service operations; oversee technicians and coordinators.
Develop service strategy focused on revenue growth, retention, and margins.
Build and own client relationships, including service agreements.
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, utilization, and productivity of workforce.
Manage service contracts, preventive maintenance, and on-call operations.
Monitor financial performance, including P&L, labor, pricing, and costs.
Ensure compliance with licensing, NEC, OSHA and safety standards.
Recruit, develop, and retain service team talent.
Establish KPIs and dashboards; report performance to leadership.
Collaborate with project ops to identify transitions from service to project.
