Morris-Jenkins is seeking an Electrical Director in Charlotte, NC to lead our growing electrical service and install teams. You’ll mentor managers, scale the department, and ensure high standards for customer service while collaborating across departments to meet demand.

You’ll guide a culture of excellence, own scheduling and performance metrics, and shape the department’s growth strategy as it expands to new heights. This role reports into the leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least five years of operations management experience.
• NC and SC Licensed Electrician.
• Experience growing a team or department.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and make independent decisions.
• Strong written and oral communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage our electrical service and install teams and scale the department.
• Mentor and train managers and supervisors to build a top-class team.
• Set schedules, monitor performance, and enforce Morris‑Jenkins standards.
• Collaborate across departments to book calls and dispatch electricians.
• Lead weekly meetings and develop a culture the team is proud of.
