Job summary

Morris-Jenkins is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and scale our growing electrical department in the Greenville–Spartanburg area. You will guide a team of technicians and supervisors, set training standards, and shape a culture the company can be proud of.

In this on-site leadership role, you’ll coordinate across departments to book calls, dispatch electricians to the right homes, and ensure our customers receive excellent service, all while upholding Morris-Jenkins standards

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of operations management experience; electrical preferred.
• Experience growing a team or department.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Fluent English; strong written and spoken communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• SC Licensed Electrician (preferred) and prior leadership of 50+ reports (preferred).
• Able to devise creative solutions and enforce company values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical department, guiding technicians and supervisors.
• Schedule, performance tracking, and enforcing Morris-Jenkins standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to book calls and dispatch electricians.
• Present and foster a department culture with regular meetings.
