Morris-Jenkins is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead our growing electrical service team. You will oversee scheduling, performance, and standards while coordinating with other departments to ensure timely, quality customer service.

In this early-stage department, you will guide technicians and supervisors, run weekly meetings, and help shape a strong team culture focused on doing things the right way for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience; electrical preferred.
• Experience growing a team or department.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (read/write/speak).
• Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical service team; scale the department.
• Manage schedules, performance, and work standards to Morris-Jenkins quality.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure calls, dispatches, and customer care are aligned.
• Guide technicians and supervisors; lead meetings; shape department culture.
