The role requires a minimum of 2 years in service electrical work, an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a service electrician.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete digital invoices and estimates. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Provide a 5-star customer service experience
• Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Join a limited on-call schedule
