Watson Electrical Construction Company LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Supervisor to oversee service personnel in Wilson, North Carolina. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency across commercial, industrial, and residential service work.

You will coach technicians, communicate with customers, and support cost estimation using Accubid. Strong organizational skills, independence, and travel readiness are essential; drug screening and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with emphasis on safety.
• Past achievement selling and executing electrical modifications/repairs/replacement services (non-residential) and managing projects through completion.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or with a team to complete projects on time.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to travel and meet physical job requirements.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screening and background check.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand duties and perform to Watson standards (Safely, Accurately, Efficiently).
• Monitor employee productivity; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Approach new and existing customers; negotiate with owners and end-users.
• Assess electrical systems and components; recommend modifications/repairs/replacements.
• Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions.
• Work with estimating software such as Accubid to price work.
• Develop innovative solutions for technical problems.
• Coach when needed: installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical components.
• Utilize computers/tablets and MS Office Suite.
