• 2+ years of project management experience in electrical construction, service, or related trades.
• Strong estimating experience with the ability to develop accurate project budgets and proposals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and financial objectives.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience overseeing project costs, labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience supporting business development, sales efforts, or client growth initiatives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical service projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including estimating, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, budgets, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, job walks, and project assessments to identify customer needs and project opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new customer partnerships.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying leads, cultivating client relationships, and pursuing new opportunities.
• Partner closely with customers to provide technical solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project schedules, labor utilization, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with field personnel, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to technicians and project team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture that emphasizes quality, safety, and accountability.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
