• Must have 5 years experience in electrical estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Process change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and procure materials.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
