Job summary

PRIME Electric is seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion in an on-site, safety-focused environment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality electrical construction projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field and 5+ years of electrical PM experience, with strong skills in estimating, change orders, and project management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Five+ years electrical project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in electrical estimating and change orders.
• Proficiency with project management tools; familiarity with Accubid Estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Take ownership of project results and define scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timeline.
• Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders; act as mediator.
• Proactively resolve issues and address problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and motivate project teams to foster high performance.
• Adhere to PRIME Safety Program and onsite safety practices.
• Maintain a physical presence onsite and visit jobsites to oversee progress.
