Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department for its electrical contracting division. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, enforcing safety practices, and meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing technicians, scheduling, budgeting, billing accuracy, and maintaining customer relationships to grow the service business. A degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in electrical contracting with at least 2 years in supervision/management preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls.
• Monitor department expenses and inventory; ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive growth.
• Provide regular reports on performance, financials, and KPIs to management.
