Job summary

Chris M Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow the Service Department. This hands-on leadership role requires deep electrical expertise, NEC knowledge, and strong customer-service skills to manage technicians and develop new service opportunities.

The role covers service leadership, customer relations, technical guidance, and estimating, with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional electrical experience in residential and/or commercial work.
5+ years in electrical service, supervision, or management.
Strong NEC knowledge and local codes; able to read drawings and schematics.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the Service Department and schedule technicians based on workload and customer needs.
Lead, coach, mentor, and hold technicians to company standards; monitor productivity and quality.
Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians and ensure code compliance.
Prepare labor and material estimates for service work; review and approve proposals.
Identify opportunities to grow service revenue and build long-term customer relationships.
