Bates Electric Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Electrical Service Project Manager who can grow customer relationships, develop a book of business, and deliver profitable electrical service work.

This role owns opportunities and projects from initial customer contact and estimating through field execution, closeout, and timely billing. We earn repeat business by listening, recommending practical solutions, communicating clearly, and following through.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems and service operations.
• Experience in electrical project management or related trades.
• Ability to develop proposals and communicate credible options.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from initial contact through estimation, execution, closeout and billing.
• Grow and manage a book of business with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate dispatch, field crews and vendors to meet schedules and safety standards.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals and pricing, including scope and exclusions.
• Maintain documentation in work-order and customer tracking systems; escalate risks early.
