Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for electrical and lighting service and repairs.
• Review customer requests, technician notes, photos, and drawings.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, rental, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare clear proposals with scope, pricing, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Participate in site visits when needed.
