Job summary

Lighting Maintenance Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager / Estimator to estimate, manage, and deliver commercial, municipal, roadway, site-lighting, sports-lighting, and related electrical projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical construction experience and can guide work from plans through closeout, communicating with electricians and foremen and maintaining control of cost, schedule, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management and/or estimating experience specifically involving electrical construction.
• Experience working for an electrical contractor or closely related electrical trade contractor.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical plans, specs, drawings, bids, and contracts to align scope and cost.
• Prepare detailed electrical construction estimates with takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Manage assigned projects from award through final closeout and billing.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
