Job summary

Leapros Skilled Trades is seeking a Service Account Manager to build client relationships, manage projects, and grow service work. The role spans estimating, coordination, client management, and business development in a fast-paced electrical contracting environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical background, NEC knowledge, and experience coordinating multiple technicians. Local travel is required; exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years technical training or Construction Management degree.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Senior technician role, prior field experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and NEC.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple service technicians and projects while adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally for customer meetings and jobsite visits.
• Manage financials, plan resources, and minimize cost slippage.
• Oversee van stock setup and procurement tracking.
• Identify problems early and inform stakeholders to protect quality and finances.
• Schedule and perform post mortems on margins to prevent repeats.
• Review work orders for trends in installation and client satisfaction.
• Review and approve submittals before client approval.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback from service customers.
• Coordinate job scheduling with customers and technicians.
