• Reviews contracts and contract documents related to construction or engineering.
• Measures work performance against engineering standards to maintain city design and construction standards.
• Tracks project status and reports to management.
• Plans projects by determining crew size, work hours, and equipment needs.
• Prepares work orders, control records, and schedules.
• Communicates project information to internal and external customers.
• Ensures compliance with City and regulatory requirements.
• Meets with project managers, engineers, and contractors to discuss designs.
