The City of Austin's Austin Water Facility Engineering Division seeks a Scheduler Analyst – Electrical to support project and workforce planning for utility infrastructure. You will coordinate field construction, review contracts, and plan crew size, hours, and equipment to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and scheduling utility projects.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field construction and maintenance projects.
• Review contracts and contract documents related to construction or engineering.
• Measure work performance to develop and improve utility design standards.
• Track project status and report to management.
• Plan projects with crew size, work hours, and equipment needs.
• Prepare work orders, control records and post schedules.
• Communicate project information to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with City and regulatory requirements.
• Meet with project managers, engineers and contractors to discuss designs.
