U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee at Maurice Electric Supply to join our team. You will assist customers at the sales counter, by phone, and via email while learning our products and processes.

This role offers hands-on experience in quoting, order processing, returns, stock transfers, and warehouse tasks, with a path to grow with a leading national distributor through comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Proven leadership ability
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new concepts and strategies

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
