Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Sales Representative to grow assigned accounts in Lexington, Kentucky, focusing on Electrical and EMC services. The role involves traveling outside the office to meet clients, attend trade shows, and develop strategic opportunities.

You will work with the Sales Manager to expand the territory, meet KPI targets, and create proposals that specify standards and pricing. Intertek offers a competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

Sell Intertek’s ATIC services within assigned verticals and territory through research, prospecting, and networking.
Define and develop territory with Sales Manager to grow new and existing business.
Meet with customers face-to-face, present proposals, and participate in trade shows.
Follow up on proposals, set pricing, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts; achieve monthly targets.
